The consultant handling your assignment takes all significant research decisions and consult sources themselves, working with the researcher and not delegating decisions to a research department. Advertising – For Advertised Selection assignments, our in-house Recruitment Advertising division Brooklands Media can handle all creative, production and media buying issues for you. Progress – The consultant will provide regular Progress Reports. In the case of Executive Search, this is based on an agreed Target Company List, which shows the companies from which candidates are coming. We reveal the success in attracting candidates at each stage of Executive Search and Advertised assignments. Assignment Report – An Assignment Report demonstrates how the short list has been arrived at and the extent to which it represents the very best available talent. This report presents the evidence along with the evaluation of the short list against the agreed Person Specification.
